Sixth Form leavers’
destinations

This year demand and competition for University places has been the highest ever, but GSAL sixth formers consistently secured places on the most selective courses at the UK’s leading institutions:

Law: 100% of applicants received an offer, 86% were accepted on to the course.

Medicine: 81% of applicants received an offer, 88% were accepted on to the course.

Russell Group/1994 Group: 70% of students received an offer, 91% were accepted onto their course.

12 pupils received offers from Oxford or Cambridge and all met or exceeded the terms of their offer.

84 % of students were accepted by their first or second choice University.
